About the course

Recognising potential and creating pathways for diverse talent

With a focus on growth, this course breaks down the promotion lifecycle and shows participants where equity gaps may exist in their organisation. Using behavioural science methods, participants will evaluate how opportunities are assigned across teams and identify appropriate interventions to achieve diversity and retention targets.
