What happens after we book?

Within 5 business days of booking you will receive our Team Day Guide with a checklist on what we need from you and when, communications materials and a link to a workshop scoping form to be completed as soon as possible so we can get started on planning your team day. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Does digital mean everything done is online?

While the pre and post team day communications will be completed online, we highly recommend the team day itself is held in person.

Who will we be working with?

You will be allocated an experienced Facilitator to lead your project. As part of our people development process at times your project lead may be supported by their mentor, our Quality Assurance Lead or new joiner who is shadowing to learn our processes.

Where are you based?

We are an Australian based company who has embraced a flexible remote working model. Once a week you’ll find us together in our respective cities collaborating and learning outdoors, at a co-working space or on an adventure.

Where will the team day be held?

As part of the booking process you will be asked to provide your total budget for your team day. During the agenda development process we will then provide you with venue, catering and activity ideas for your to choose from that are designed to meet your budget and address your team goals and priorities.

We need some time in the day for one of our people to give a presentation, how does that work?

We recommend limiting the time allocated for traditional presentations and considering other options like sending the presentation materials prior and instead using the session for a Q&A or a panel discussion. In situations where a presentation is necessary we offer 1:1 presenter coaching as an option to ensure your presenter is set up for success.
