Our values in focus

We are transparent

We don’t differentiate between our leaders and team members in terms of pay and benefits. We reward collective performance.

  • Pay – Same work, same pay. Our pay and benefits are transparent and consistent across role categories.
  • Opportunities – Access to opportunities is informed by data analytics. Everyone gets to grow.
  • Promotion – Our promotion process and criteria are clear. When you’re ready, we’re ready.

Equal opportunity pathways

We recognise that written and video applications are not for everyone. Each quarter we set aside time to meet people informally and have a chat. People who show that they have what we’re looking for are able to skip Recruitment Step 1 for any future applications.

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept applications from international applicants?

At this stage we can only accept applications from people with full rights to work in Australia. We hope to be able to offer roles for international candidates very soon. Register your interest below to stay updated.

Do I have to have a consulting or training background?

No. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply and value the diverse perspectives this brings. We provide formal and informal training opportunities for all employees and particularly encourage applicants who have a lived experience of bias, discrimination and other forms of inequity.

Do I need a degree?

We recognise that not everyone has had the opportunity and support required to complete a formal degree. Instead we require that all applicants show that they have had an ongoing commitment to professional development through formal and informal learning.
