We're a very large global organisation, is the price the same?

Our large organisation pricing allows for employees to be located in two culturally distinct locations e.g. Australia and the Phillipines. Our fixed pricing reflects that as organisations grow more complex it becomes more difficult to implement strategies. So while you may have a large organisation, our recommendations are likely to be more simple and targeted so that you can actually implement them. Please get in contact with us for a quote where you have a larger geographic and/or cultural spread.

 

What happens after we book?

Sustainable change

At booking you will be asked to nominate a target project start date. You will then receive our Consulting Engagement Guide and a confirmation of booking. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due no later than 21 days before the project start date to finalise your booking and begin work.

High impact change

Once you book you will receive our Consulting Engagement Guide with a checklist on what we need from you and when and a link to a scoping form to be completed as soon as possible so we can get started. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.

Professional development

Your booking confirmation will include communications for you to send to participants, venue guidelines and a link to the participant pre-survey to be completed no later than 2 weeks before your course date. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

What's the difference between a strategy workshop and strategy consulting?

Strategy workshops are ideal for when you already have a good understanding of the problem you are trying to solve. Our strategy consulting solutions on the other hand dig deeper. This involves processes to identify the root cause of issues, define clear problem statements and validate assumptions.

The date(s) I want aren't available. How often do you update availability?

Our organisation is growing. We generally update availability monthly and release schedules up to 6 months in advance. Feel free to get in contact with us to register your interest, join a waitlist or request a specific date.
