About the Founder
Yhana Lanwin – LLB, BCom, GAICD, MAusIMM, Leading Strategic Change and Growth (Columbia University NYC) and Inclusive Leadership Through Behavioural Science (London School of Economics).
Yhana Lanwin is an experienced strategy and transformation leader who has worked across high- profile organisational and technology change initiatives throughout the global resources, education and government sectors.
Starting her career in the energy sector in technology consulting, Yhana continued to expand her technical capabilities into industrial automation in mining and rail, leading strategic change projects in maintenance and reliability strategy and systems design, technology innovation and knowledge management.
A natural systems thinker and strategist, Yhana’s career has been defined by bringing together people who have different education and experience backgrounds to design sustainable changes that people want to be a part of. She has also held senior leadership roles in the mining industry where her scope included management systems design and implementation, operational performance and improvement.
After witnessing the widespread effects of exclusion and bias in various industries, and recognising the limited effectiveness of existing service providers in driving meaningful, sustainable change, Yhana spent two years researching what truly works—and what doesn’t—when it comes to safety, wellbeing, and respect in the workplace. Her focus also extended to understanding the critical link between inclusive work design and operational performance.
Yhana founded Sans Prejudice Solutions with a goal of redesigning the systems and structures of work for the benefit of all people.
